Who We Are
Impact NOW is a community of Christian workers who aim to create a change within the city of Bankstown and beyond. With our skills and gifts, we hope to work together to impact those around us and those ahead of us - as we also seek to raise and birth a new generation of believers who will flourish and achieve the goals of this community. Impact NOW seeks to achieve God's will in both the individuals but also in the community of the cities around us and ultimately the world.
Our Vision
To identify, equip, empower and send out believers as Christian workers who will lead and have an impact on the city of Bankstown and beyond through the agencies of the Local Church. We are a growing community of mission-minded Christians with the world in view.
To build a great church according to the biblical pattern that will be a witness to our nation by challenging and pulling down strongholds in people's hearts and minds thus establishing a godly kingdom mindset impacting every sphere of life.

Senior Minister
Pastor Rodel Ramos is the current senior minister of Impact NOW Church.
Arriving in Sydney, Australia in 1988, Pastor Rodel established the church that same year under the name Jesus Lord of the Harvest Fellowship. Since then, Pastor Rodel has worked in leading the church to the fulfilment of God and imparting the word.
Over the years of growth and expansion into their church building in Greenacre, now under the name “Impact NOW” Pastor Rodel continues to lead the church alongside his wife and two daughters.
Pastor Rodel currently holds a Graduate Diploma in Christian Studies, a Graduate Certificate in Leadership, and a Diploma of Ministry. He continues to strive to upgrade his knowledge and skillset to aid and further the church to the best of is ability.
Pastor Rodel continues to serve the mission and vision of the church to achieve impact in the city of Bankstown and beyond.
History and Background
Being called to Australia, Pastor Rodel arrived in Sydney in March of 1988, establishing what would become the church Jesus Lord of the Harvest Fellowship (JLHF) in a house with three families in Bankstown.
In the years that followed, along with growth in numbers, JLHF moved and rented various buildings within the Bankstown area such as the Bankstown Arts and Crafts Centre, and the Lithuanian Club. Eventually in 2003, along with the acquirement of their own building, JLHF revitalised that becomes that Impact NOW church that exists today.
Impact NOW has been an actives members of the Australian Christian Church’s since 1997. By 2007, it has become a part of the ISAAC Network (International Strategic Alliance of Apostolic Churches), and our members still actively attend it’s conferences in Muar to this day.
Our demographic, while mostly consisting of first and second-generation Filipinos, Impact NOW strives to coincide with the varying nationalities and welcomes all to be invited and joined together.
