The General Services Department consists of six sections:

- Transportation
The General Services Department is a support group under the Support Services Division of Impact NOW.
Statement of Purpose
- To provide improvements and maintenance of ImpactNow property including the building and facilities within and around.
- To provide a warm welcoming atmosphere and experience to people engaged by the organization.
Philosophy of Ministry
